How to Use TIGER STATIONERY A4 Laminating Pouches

Steps for Laminating

1. Prepare the Laminator:
   • Plug in the laminator and switch it on.
   • Wait for the laminator to heat up. Most machines have an indicator light that will show when it is ready.
2. Insert Document into Pouch:
   • Open a laminating pouch and place your document or item inside.
   • Ensure the item is centered and the pouch is aligned properly.
3. Feed the Pouch into Laminator:
   • Carefully insert the sealed end of the pouch into the laminator.
   • Allow the machine to automatically feed the pouch through. Do not push or pull the pouch.
4. Cooling Down:
   • Once the pouch has exited the laminator, place it on a flat surface to cool.
   • Avoid touching the hot laminated pouch immediately as it may cause burns or smudges.

Tips for Best Results

• Ensure the laminator settings match the thickness of the pouch (150 micron in this case).
• Avoid laminating items that are thicker than the pouch capacity.
• Regularly clean the laminator rollers to prevent jamming and ensure smooth operation.
