    Setting Up the Chafing Dish

    • Place the chafing dish frame on a stable and heat-resistant surface.
    • Fill the water pan with hot water, filling to about 2.5 cm deep to help distribute heat evenly.
    • Position the double compartment insert into the water pan.

    Using Sterno or Fuel

    • Ensure fuel cans are placed under the water pan in the designated holders.
    • Light the fuel carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions.
    • Adjust the roll top cover to keep the food protected and maintain temperature.

    Placing Food in the Chafing Dish

    • Preheat the dish by lighting the fuel and allowing the water to warm for about 10 minutes.
    • Place cooked food into the compartments; do not use the chafing dish to cook food.
    • Keep the roll top lid closed to retain heat when not serving.
