How to Use Gatamo Disposable Medical Vinyl Exam Gloves

Step 1: Prepare for Use

• Ensure your hands are clean and dry before putting on the gloves.
• Remove any jewelry or sharp objects from your hands to avoid tearing the gloves.

Step 2: Open the Package

• Carefully open the box containing the gloves.
• Take out one pair of gloves from the package.

Step 3: Wear the Gloves

• Insert your dominant hand into the first glove, ensuring a snug fit over the fingers and palm.
• Gently pull the glove over your wrist.
• Repeat the process for your other hand with the second glove.

Step 4: Use the Gloves

• Use the gloves for the intended medical or examination purpose.
• Avoid touching surfaces unnecessarily to maintain hygiene.

Step 5: Remove the Gloves

• Pinch the cuff of the first glove near your wrist without touching your skin.
• Peel the glove off, turning it inside out as you remove it.
• Hold the removed glove in the palm of your gloved hand.
• Slide two fingers under the cuff of the remaining glove on your other hand.
• Peel it off, turning it inside out and encasing the other glove within it.

Step 6: Dispose of the Gloves

• Discard the used gloves in a proper waste container.
• Do not reuse disposable gloves.
