How to Use the Flat Roti Tawa Pan
Step 1: Prepare the Tawa
- Wash the pan with warm soapy water to remove any manufacturing residues.

Step 2: Season the Pan (Optional)

Step 4: Cooking with the Tawa

- Place the roti, dosa, or other flatbread on the hot tawa.
- Cook until bubbles start to form on the surface.
- Flip the bread using a spatula and cook the other side until golden brown.
Step 5: Cleaning and Storing
- Allow the tawa to cool before cleaning.
- Wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge; avoid abrasive materials.
- Dry immediately to prevent rusting.
- Store in a dry place, preferably hanging or flat to avoid warping.
