Step 1: Gather Your Materials

  • RAPESCO 827-P 2 Hole Punch
  • Up to 30 sheets of paper

Step 2: Prepare the Paper

  • Align the edges of the paper stack to ensure they are even.
  • Ensure the paper stack does not exceed 30 sheets for optimal performance.

Step 3: Adjust the Paper Guide

  • Locate the adjustable paper guide on the punch.
  • Set the paper guide to the desired paper size, such as A4 or A5.

Step 4: Position the Paper

  • Insert the paper stack into the punch, aligning it with the paper guide.
  • Ensure the paper stack is firmly against the back of the punch.

Step 5: Punch the Holes

  • Firmly press down on the handle of the punch.
