How to Use the Duplicate Receipt Book

Materials Required

• Duplicate Receipt Book (2 Assorted Designs)
• Pen or Pencil

Steps to Use

1. Open the Book:
   • Locate the front cover of the receipt book.
   • Open it to reveal the first receipt, numbered 001.
2. Fill Out the Receipt:
   • Use a pen or pencil to write the necessary information on the top copy of the receipt.
   • Ensure all details such as date, amount, and description of items or services are clearly written.
3. Create a Duplicate:
   • Press firmly while writing so that the information transfers to the duplicate copy beneath.
4. Separate the Copies:
   • Gently tear along the perforated line to remove the top copy from the book.
   • Keep the duplicate attached in the book for your records.
5. Continue with Subsequent Receipts:
   • Repeat the process for each subsequent receipt, numbered sequentially from 001 to 100.

Storage and Maintenance

• Store the receipt book in a dry, safe place to prevent damage.
• Ensure that the book is kept flat to avoid bending the pages.
