How to Use FX5 Epoxy Glue – Case of 10

Materials Needed

• FX5 Epoxy Glue
• Mixing container
• Stirring stick or applicator
• Protective gloves
• Cloth or paper towel for clean-up

Preparation

1. Read all safety instructions on the product label.
2. Wear protective gloves to avoid skin contact.
3. Ensure the surfaces to be glued are clean, dry, and free from dust or grease.

Mixing the Epoxy Glue

1. Open one tube of FX5 Epoxy Glue from the case.
2. Squeeze equal parts of resin and hardener into the mixing container.
3. Use the stirring stick to mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until the mixture is uniform in color.

Application

1. Apply the mixed epoxy glue to one of the surfaces to be bonded using the applicator.
2. Press the two surfaces together firmly.
3. Hold or clamp the surfaces in place as necessary until the glue sets.

Setting and Curing

1. Allow the epoxy to set according to the time indicated on the product label (generally 5-10 minutes for initial set).
2. For full strength, let the bond cure for at least 24 hours.

Clean-Up

1. Immediately clean any excess glue with a cloth or paper towel.
2. Dispose of the mixing container and applicator properly after use.

Storage

• Seal the tubes tightly after use.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
