How to Use the PRODEC CONTRACTOR TIGER MEDIUM PILE WOVEN PAINT ROLLER SLEEVE 9 X 1.75
Step 1: Gather Your Materials
- PRODEC Contractor Tiger Medium Pile Woven Paint Roller Sleeve
- Paint roller frame
- Paint tray
- Your choice of paint
- Protective sheets or tarps
- Painter’s tape
- Stir stick
- Gloves (optional)
Step 2: Prepare the Area
- Lay down protective sheets or tarps to cover floors and furniture.
- Use painter’s tape to mask off edges, trims, and areas you do not want to paint.
- Ensure the surface you are painting is clean and dry.
Step 3: Prepare the Paint
- Open the paint can and stir the paint thoroughly with a stir stick.
- Pour a suitable amount of paint into the paint tray reservoir.
Step 4: Assemble the Roller
- Attach the PRODEC paint roller sleeve onto the roller frame.
- Ensure it fits securely and can rotate freely.
Step 5: Load the Roller with Paint
- Dip the roller sleeve into the paint tray, rolling it back and forth to evenly coat the sleeve with paint.
- Use the ribbed section of the tray to remove excess paint.
Step 6: Apply the Paint
- Start painting by rolling the sleeve onto the surface in a ‘W’ or ‘M’ pattern to distribute paint evenly.
- Fill in the gaps without lifting the roller off the surface.
- Continue to load the roller with paint as needed and repeat the process.
Step 7: Clean Up
- Once finished, remove the roller sleeve from the frame and clean it according to the paint manufacturer’s instructions.
- Dispose of any used protective sheets and painter’s tape properly.
- Store any leftover paint securely with the lid tightly closed.
