Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Materials

1. Unpack the Paper Fusible Backed Web Iron from the package.
2. Cut the fusible web to the desired size that matches the area you wish to bond.
3. Ensure the fabric or material you plan to bond is clean and dry.

Step 2: Position the Fusible Web

1. Place the fusible web with the paper side facing up on the fabric.
2. Ensure it is positioned correctly over the area to be bonded.

Step 3: Apply Heat

1. Set your iron to the appropriate heat setting for the material being used. Avoid using steam.
2. If using parchment paper or a pressing cloth, place it over the fusible web to protect the fabric.
3. Press the iron onto the paper side of the fusible web. Hold it in place for a few seconds.
4. Move the iron slowly over the entire area to ensure even adhesion.

Step 4: Remove the Paper Backing

1. Allow the fabric to cool slightly, then carefully peel away the paper backing from the fusible web.
2. Ensure the adhesive remains on the fabric.

Step 5: Final Bonding

1. Position the second piece of fabric or material over the adhesive side of the fusible web.
2. Press with the iron again to bond the two layers together.
3. Hold the iron in place for the recommended time, applying even pressure.
