How to Use COUNTY C5 White Self Seal Envelopes

Step 1: Prepare Your Contents

• Gather the documents or items you wish to send.
• Ensure they fit within the dimensions of the C5 envelope (162mm x 229mm).
• Neatly stack or fold the contents if necessary.

Step 2: Insert Contents into the Envelope

• Hold the envelope with the opening facing up.
• Carefully slide your contents into the envelope.
• Ensure the contents lay flat and do not overfill the envelope.

Step 3: Seal the Envelope

• Locate the self-seal strip on the envelope flap.
• Peel off the protective strip to reveal the adhesive.
• Press the flap down firmly to seal the envelope securely.

Step 4: Address the Envelope

• Write the recipient’s address clearly on the front center of the envelope.
• Include the sender’s return address in the top left corner.
• Ensure all information is legible to avoid delivery issues.

Step 5: Send the Envelope

• Affix the necessary postage stamp in the top right corner.
