Preparation
- Ensure the surfaces you plan to bond are clean, dry, and free of dust or grease.
- Decide the amount of tape or number of sticky pads needed for the application.
Using the Double Sided Foam Tape
- Unroll the desired length of foam tape from the roll.
- Cut the tape to the required length using scissors or a utility knife.
- Peel off one side of the protective liner to expose the adhesive.
- Firmly press the exposed adhesive side onto the first surface.
- Peel off the second liner to expose the adhesive on the other side.
- Align and press the second surface firmly onto the exposed adhesive.
- Hold the surfaces together for a few seconds to ensure a strong bond.
Using the Sticky Pads
- Select the number of sticky pads needed for your application.
- Peel off one side of the sticky pad to expose the adhesive.
- Press the adhesive side onto the first surface.
- Peel off the second side to expose the adhesive on the other side.
- Align and press the second surface firmly onto the exposed adhesive.
- Hold the surfaces together for a few seconds to ensure a strong bond.
Tips for Best Results
- Apply even pressure across the surfaces to enhance adhesion.
- For heavier objects, use additional tape or pads to secure the bond.
- Store unused tape and pads in a cool, dry place to maintain adhesive quality.
