How to Use GREENSHIELD GLASS & WINDOWS WIPES 50’S

Materials Needed
- GREENSHIELD Glass & Windows Wipes
- Optional: Dry microfiber cloth for polishing
Instructions
Step 1: Open the Package
- Locate the resealable flap on the top of the package.
- Peel back the flap to reveal the wipes.
- Pull out one wipe, and reseal the flap to keep the remaining wipes moist.
Step 2: Cleaning the Surface
- Identify the glass or window surface you wish to clean.
- Use the wipe to gently scrub the surface.
- Make sure to cover the entire area by using circular motions.
Step 3: Drying and Polishing
- Allow the surface to air dry for a streak-free finish.
- For extra shine, use a dry microfiber cloth to polish the surface after it has dried.
Storage
- Ensure the flap is securely sealed to prevent the wipes from drying out.
- Store the package in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Safety Precautions
- Do not use on skin or ingest. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Dispose of used wipes in a trash bin. Do not flush.

What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?
You can return or exchange an item within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact us by phone or email with your order number and the item SKU before sending the items back.

- While we strive to accept all returns, items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

We will email you upon receiving your return in its original condition to either process your replacement or issue your refund, usually within one working day.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically taking up to five working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us via email or phone within seven working days of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After this period, we are not liable for:

Customers must return damaged or defective goods for a refund or exchange. We can only reimburse return postage if you notify us beforehand and we instruct the return. Alternatively, we may request images of the damaged items if return shipping is not feasible.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or those returned without their original resale packaging.
Returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above. Returns for other reasons will be treated as order cancellations and incur a 20% restocking fee.
