How to Use Elysium Spa Natural Lavender Epsom Salts
Materials Needed:
- Elysium Spa Natural Lavender Epsom Salts
- Warm water
- Bathtub or foot spa
- Towel
Instructions for a Relaxing Bath:
- Fill your bathtub with warm water, ensuring the temperature is comfortable for you.
- Add approximately 2 cups of Elysium Spa Natural Lavender Epsom Salts to the warm water.
- Stir the water gently to help dissolve the salts completely.
- Soak in the bath for 15-20 minutes to allow the salts to work their magic.
- After soaking, carefully step out of the bath and pat your skin dry with a towel.
Instructions for a Foot Soak:
- Fill a foot spa or a basin with warm water, enough to cover your feet completely.
- Add 1/2 cup of Elysium Spa Natural Lavender Epsom Salts to the water.
- Stir the water to ensure the salts are fully dissolved.
- Place your feet in the soak and relax for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove your feet and dry them with a towel.
Additional Tips:
- Use up to 3 times a week for best results.
