Step 1: Select the Right Size

• Ensure you have the medium size gloves, as other sizes may not fit properly.

Step 2: Prepare Your Hands

• Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
• Dry your hands completely to ensure a proper fit.

Step 3: Putting on the Gloves

• Remove a pair of gloves from the packaging.
• Hold one glove by the wrist cuff and insert your hand.
