• Helium tank or air pump
• String or ribbon

Instructions

Step 3: Seal the Balloons

• Pinch the neck of the balloon to prevent air from escaping.
• Twist the neck several times to secure it.
• Tie a knot in the neck of the balloon.

Step 4: Attach Strings

• Cut a length of string or ribbon to your desired length.
• Securely tie the string to the knot in the balloon.
• If using helium, attach a balloon weight to the other end of the string to prevent it from floating away.

Step 5: Arrange the Balloons

• Decide where you want to display the balloons.
• Group them together for a fuller look or spread them out for decoration.
• If outdoors, ensure they’re securely anchored to prevent them from flying away.
