Description

How to Use the Round Ring Bundt Cake Baking Tin Mould

Materials You Will Need

  • Round Ring Bundt Cake Baking Tin Mould (24 x 6 cm)
  • Baking ingredients for your chosen recipe
  • Non-stick cooking spray or butter
  • Baking brush (optional)
  • Oven mitts

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven according to your recipe’s instructions.
  2. Grease the Bundt cake mould thoroughly with non-stick cooking spray or butter. Ensure all crevices are covered to prevent the cake from sticking.
  3. Optionally, use a baking brush to evenly distribute the grease.

Making the Batter

  1. Follow your chosen recipe to prepare the cake batter.
  2. Ensure the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

Filling the Mould

  1. Carefully pour the prepared batter into the greased Bundt cake mould.
  2. Fill the mould no more than three-quarters full to allow room for the cake to rise.
  3. Gently tap the mould on the countertop to remove air bubbles from the batter.

Baking

  1. Place the filled Bundt cake mould in the preheated oven.
  2. Bake according to your recipe’s instructions. Typically, Bundt cakes take between 35 to 50 minutes.
  3. Use a toothpick or cake tester to check if the cake is done. Insert it into the center of the cake; if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Cooling and Removing the Cake

  1. Remove the cake from the oven using oven mitts.
  2. Let the cake cool in the mould for about 10-15 minutes on a wire rack.
  3. Once cooled, gently invert the mould onto a plate or cooling rack to release the cake.
  4. If the cake does not come out easily, gently tap the sides and bottom of the mould.

Cleaning the Mould

  1. Allow the mould to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. Wash with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
  3. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storage.

Storage Tips

  • Store the mould in a cool, dry place.
  • Avoid stacking heavy items on top of the mould to prevent damage.
