• After pre-heating or pre-cooling, empty the flask.

Step 3: Fill the Flask

• Pour your prepared hot or cold food into the flask, leaving some space at the top to secure the lid properly.
• Ensure food is not overfilled to avoid spills.

Step 4: Secure the Lid
