How to Use the Apollo Professional Garlic Presser

Step 1: Prepare the Garlic

• Peel the garlic cloves. You can use your fingers or the flat side of a knife to remove the skin.
• Trim the ends of the garlic cloves if desired.

Step 2: Place Garlic in the Presser

• Open the garlic presser by separating the handles.
• Place one or more garlic cloves into the bowl of the presser.
• Ensure that the cloves fit comfortably within the bowl dimensions (4.5cm wide x 2cm deep).

Step 3: Press the Garlic

• Grip the rubber handles firmly for ease of use.
• Squeeze the handles together to press the garlic through the holes.
• Apply steady pressure until the garlic is fully pressed.
• Collect the pressed garlic from the other side of the presser.

Step 4: Clean the Presser

• Open the garlic presser to remove any remaining garlic pulp.
• Use the pinned side of the presser by reversing it on itself to clear the holes for easy self-cleaning.
• Rinse the presser under warm water or place it in the dishwasher as it is dishwasher safe.

Step 5: Store the Presser

• Dry the presser thoroughly after cleaning.
• Store it in a safe place, ensuring it is ready for future use.
