How to Use Vitax Blood Fish and Bone Fertiliser 1.25KG

Materials Needed

• Vitax Blood Fish and Bone Fertiliser 1.25KG
• Gardening gloves
• Hand trowel or garden fork
• Watering can or garden hose

Preparation

1. Read the instructions on the product packaging carefully.
2. Wear gardening gloves to protect your hands.

Application

For New Plantings

1. Prepare the planting area by removing weeds and loosening the soil with a hand trowel or garden fork.
2. Sprinkle the fertiliser evenly over the soil at the rate recommended on the packaging, usually around 70 grams per square meter.
3. Mix the fertiliser into the top 5-8 cm of the soil using the hand trowel or garden fork.
4. Plant your seeds or seedlings as directed for the specific plant type.
5. Water the area thoroughly to help the fertiliser start working.

For Established Plants

1. Remove any surface debris around the base of the plants.
2. Apply the fertiliser around the base of the plants, taking care not to let it touch the stems or leaves directly, at the rate suggested on the packaging.
3. Gently work the fertiliser into the soil using a hand trowel or garden fork, being careful not to disturb the plant roots.
4. Water the area well to activate the fertiliser.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
• Avoid inhaling the dust. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
• Wash hands after use.
