Step 1: Prepare Your Hands
- Ensure your hands are clean and dry before wearing the gloves.
- Remove any jewelry or sharp objects that might puncture the gloves.
Step 2: Wear the Gloves
- Pick up one glove and hold it open with the palm side facing up.
- Insert your hand into the glove, starting with your fingers and then the thumb.
- Gently pull the glove over your wrist, ensuring it fits snugly.
- Repeat the process with the other hand.
Step 3: During Use
- Use the gloves for tasks that require hand protection, such as handling rough or sharp objects.
- Ensure that the latex palm coating is intact for optimal grip and protection.
Step 4: Remove the Gloves
- Grasp the wrist of one glove with your opposite hand.
- Gently pull the glove off, turning it inside out as you remove it.

- Slide your ungloved fingers under the wrist of the remaining glove and peel it off, turning it inside out and encasing the first glove.
