How to Use the 7 Day Pill Box Medicine Organiser Dispenser
1. Get Familiar with the Pill Box

- Layout: 7 rows for each day of the week, 4 columns to accommodate different times of the day or types of medication.
2. Organize Your Medications
- Check your medication schedule to determine the doses for each day.
- Prepare the medications you need to dispense into the pill box.
3. Fill the Pill Box
- Open each day’s lid by gently clicking it up.
- Place the correct dose of medication for each time slot into the corresponding compartment.
- Repeat for each day of the week and each time slot, as needed.
- Ensure the lids are securely closed after filling to keep medications safe.
4. Use the Pill Box Daily
- Check the current day’s row in the organizer each morning.
- Open the lid for the appropriate time or type of medication when it is due.
- Take the medication as prescribed.
- Close the lid securely after taking the medication.
5. Refill as Needed
- At the end of the week, or when all compartments are empty, refill the pill box following the same steps.
- Ensure you have enough medication on hand to fill the organizer for the next week.
6. Additional Tips
- Store the pill box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the pill box out of reach of children and pets.

What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

- While we strive to accept all returns, items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

We will email you upon receiving your return in its original condition to either process your replacement or issue your refund, usually within one working day.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically taking up to five working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us via email or phone within seven working days of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After this period, we are not liable for:

Customers must return damaged or defective goods for a refund or exchange. We can only reimburse return postage if you notify us beforehand and we instruct the return. Alternatively, we may request images of the damaged items if return shipping is not feasible.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or those returned without their original resale packaging.
Returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above. Returns for other reasons will be treated as order cancellations and incur a 20% restocking fee.
