How to Use ULTREX ULTRA PLUS SANITARY PADS

Step 1: Preparation

  • Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water.
  • Ensure you have a clean and private space to change your pad.

Step 2: Unwrapping the Pad

  • Open the packaging carefully and remove one sanitary pad.
  • Unfold the pad and remove the paper covering the adhesive strip.

Step 3: Positioning the Pad

  • Place the adhesive side of the pad onto the center of your underwear.
  • Ensure the pad is positioned lengthwise from front to back for optimal coverage.

Step 4: Securing the Pad

  • If the pad has wings, fold them around the sides of the underwear and press firmly to secure.
  • Adjust the pad to ensure it feels comfortable and secure.

Step 5: Disposal

  • When it’s time to change, remove the used pad by peeling it away from the underwear.
  • Wrap the used pad in its wrapper or toilet paper to contain it.
  • Dispose of the wrapped pad in a sanitary bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.

Step 6: Final Steps

  • Wash your hands thoroughly after changing your pad.
  • Change your pad every 4-6 hours or more frequently if needed.
