How to Use Ultrex Ultra Fit Sanitary Pads

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure your hands are clean by washing them with soap and water.
• Unwrap the sanitary pad from its packaging.

Step 2: Placement

• Remove the adhesive strip from the back of the pad.
• Place the pad in the center of your underwear with the adhesive side down.
• Ensure that the pad is positioned correctly to provide maximum coverage and comfort.

Step 3: Securing

• If the pad has wings, peel off the backing from the wings.
• Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press them firmly to secure the pad in place.

Step 4: Disposal

• After use, remove the pad from your underwear.
• Roll the used pad and wrap it in toilet paper or the wrapper from the new pad.
• Dispose of the pad in a sanitary bin. Do not flush it down the toilet.

Step 5: Replacement

• Change the sanitary pad every 4-6 hours, or as needed, to maintain hygiene and comfort.
