- Use the polishing slot to finish the sharpening process.
- Draw the knife through the slot 3-5 times to smooth and polish the edge.

- Wipe the knife blade with a clean cloth to remove any metal filings or residue.
- Clean the sharpening stone, ensuring it is dry before storing.
