Using Sterno or Fuel
- Ensure fuel cans are placed under the water pan in the designated holders.
- Light the fuel carefully following the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Adjust the roll top cover to keep the food protected and maintain temperature.
Placing Food in the Chafing Dish
- Preheat the dish by lighting the fuel and allowing the water to warm for about 10 minutes.
