Steps to Laminate

1. Prepare the Laminating Machine:
   • Plug in and turn on the laminating machine.
   • Set the machine to the appropriate heat setting as per its instructions. Ensure it’s suitable for 140 micron pouches.
   • Allow the laminating machine to preheat. Most machines will indicate when they are ready to use.
2. Prepare Your Document:
   • Place the document or item to be laminated inside the pouch. Ensure it is centered and straight.
   • Leave a border of laminate around the document for a secure seal.
3. Laminating Process:
   • Insert the sealed end of the pouch into the laminating machine.
   • Guide the pouch gently and allow the machine to pull it through without force.
   • Collect the laminated document as it exits the machine. Be cautious, as it may be hot.
4. Finalizing:
   • Allow the laminated document to cool down and solidify before handling it further.
   • Trim any excess laminate if necessary, leaving a small border to maintain the seal.
