How to Use Tala Mini Coloured Jelly Moulds

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients and Tools

• Jelly mix of your choice
• Boiling water (as per jelly mix instructions)
• Cold water (as per jelly mix instructions)
• Tala Mini Coloured Jelly Moulds
• A mixing bowl
• A whisk or spoon for stirring

Step 2: Prepare the Jelly Mixture

1. Read the instructions on your jelly mix packet.
2. Pour the jelly crystals or powder into the mixing bowl.
3. Add the recommended amount of boiling water to the bowl.
4. Stir the mixture until the jelly crystals are completely dissolved.
5. Add the recommended amount of cold water to the mixture and stir well.

Step 3: Pour Jelly into Moulds

1. Ensure that your Tala Mini Coloured Jelly Moulds are clean and dry.
2. Carefully pour the jelly mixture into each mould, filling nearly to the top but leaving a small gap to avoid spills.

Step 4: Refrigerate the Jelly

1. Place the filled jelly moulds in your refrigerator.
2. Let them set for the recommended time on the jelly packet, usually several hours or overnight.

Step 5: Remove Jelly from Moulds

1. Once the jelly is set, gently flex the sides of each mould to loosen the jelly.
2. Invert the mould over a plate or serving dish and gently press the top to release the jelly.
3. If needed, use a small amount of warm water to help release the jelly by briefly dipping the bottom of the mould.

Step 6: Serve and Enjoy

• Arrange the jelly on a serving platter.
• Serve your mini jellies as a delightful dessert or snack.
