How to Use Ultratape Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive 500ml

Materials Needed

• Ultratape Heavy Duty Spray Adhesive 500ml
• Items to be bonded
• Protective gloves

• Drop cloth or newspaper (to protect surfaces)

Preparation

1. Ensure you are working in a well-ventilated area.
2. Wear protective gloves and a mask if desired.
3. Cover the surrounding area with a drop cloth or newspaper to protect it from overspray.
4. Make sure the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free of dust and grease.

Application

1. Shake the can well before use to ensure the adhesive is properly mixed.
2. Hold the can upright, approximately 15-20 cm (6-8 inches) away from the surface.
3. Spray an even coat of adhesive onto both surfaces that need to be bonded, covering them completely.
4. Allow the adhesive to become tacky by waiting 1-2 minutes before attaching the surfaces.

Bonding

1. Carefully align the surfaces and press them together firmly.
2. Apply even pressure across the bonded area to ensure a secure bond.
3. Allow the bond to set for a few minutes before handling.

Cleanup

• Clean the spray nozzle by inverting the can and spraying until only gas comes out.
