How to Use the Status Upright Fan Heater
1. Safety Precautions
- Ensure the fan heater is placed on a flat, stable surface.
- Keep the heater away from flammable materials.
- Do not cover the heater when in use.
- Ensure the power cord is not damaged before use.
2. Setup
- Unpack the heater from its packaging.
- Place the heater in the desired location, ensuring it’s at least 1 meter away from any objects.
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet.
3. Operating the Heater
- Turn the power switch to the “ON” position.
- Adjust the thermostat control to the desired temperature setting.
- Select the power setting: 1000 watts for low or 2000 watts for high heat.
4. Adjusting the Thermostat
- Set the thermostat to the maximum setting initially.
- Once the room reaches a comfortable temperature, turn the thermostat dial back until the heater turns off.
- The heater will maintain the room temperature by cycling on and off automatically.
5. Turning Off the Heater
- Switch the power to the “OFF” position.
- Unplug the heater from the electrical outlet when not in use.
6. Maintenance and Storage
- Always ensure the heater is turned off and unplugged before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the exterior.
- Store the heater in a cool, dry place when not in use.
7. Troubleshooting
- If the heater doesn’t turn on, check the power supply and ensure the plug is firmly connected.
- If overheating occurs, turn off the heater and allow it to cool before resuming use.
