Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Picture Frame
- Lay the picture frame face down on a flat surface.
- Measure approximately one-third down from the top of the frame on each side and mark with a pencil.
Step 2: Attach the Eye Hooks or D-rings
- Using a screwdriver, screw the eye hooks or attach the D-rings at the marked points on either side of the frame.
Step 3: Cut the Picture Wire
- Unroll the picture wire and measure a length of wire approximately 1.5 times the width of the frame.
- Use wire cutters to cut the wire to the desired length.
Step 4: Attach the Wire to the Frame
- Thread one end of the wire through an eye hook or D-ring.
- Loop the wire back onto itself and twist to secure it tightly.
- Repeat the process with the other end of the wire on the opposite side of the frame.
- Make sure the wire is taut but not too tight, allowing a small amount of slack for secure hanging.
Step 5: Hang the Picture
- Use a level to ensure the picture is straight.
- Hang the picture wire onto a suitable wall hook or nail that can support up to 11.3kg / 25lbs.
Tips
- Ensure the wall hook or nail is securely fixed into the wall.
- Double-check the weight of your picture frame to ensure it does not exceed the weight limit of the wire.
