How to Use SHAW X Brass Plated Picture Rail Hanging Moulding Hooks

Materials Needed

• SHAW X Brass Plated Picture Rail Hanging Moulding Hooks (2 per pack)
• Picture rail
• Picture frame with wire or D-rings
• Measuring tape
• Pencil
• Step ladder (if necessary)

Steps to Follow

Step 1: Prepare the Picture Rail

1. Use a measuring tape to determine the desired height for your picture on the wall.
2. Mark the spot on the picture rail where you want to place the hook using a pencil.

Step 2: Position the Hook

1. Take one brass plated hook from the package.
2. Align the hook with the marked spot on the picture rail.
3. Ensure the hook is facing outward and is aligned properly for secure hanging.

Step 3: Hang the Picture

1. Attach a wire or D-rings to the backside of the picture frame if not already done.
2. Lift the picture and place the wire or D-rings onto the hook.
3. Adjust the picture so that it hangs straight and at the desired height.

Step 4: Final Adjustments

1. Step back and assess the positioning of the picture.
2. Make any necessary adjustments to the hook or the picture to ensure it is level.
