How to Use the Stainless Steel Tongue Cleaner

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure your hands are clean before handling the tongue cleaner.
• Rinse the tongue cleaner with warm water to sanitize it before use.

Step 2: Using the Tongue Cleaner

• Stand in front of a mirror to have a clear view of your tongue.
• Open your mouth and extend your tongue out as far as possible.
• Hold the tongue cleaner with both hands, using one hand on each end of the cleaner.
• Place the rounded edge of the cleaner at the back of your tongue. Be cautious not to place it too far back to avoid gagging.
• Gently pull the cleaner forward along the surface of your tongue. Apply gentle pressure as you scrape from back to front.
• Rinse the tongue cleaner under running water to remove any debris and repeat the process 2-3 times or until your tongue feels clean.

Step 3: Cleaning and Storing

• After use, thoroughly rinse the tongue cleaner with warm water.
• Optionally, you can use a mild soap to clean it further.
• Dry the tongue cleaner with a clean towel or let it air dry.
• Store the tongue cleaner in a dry place to maintain its condition.

Additional Tips

• Use the tongue cleaner as part of your daily oral hygiene routine, preferably in the morning and before bed.
• Replace your tongue cleaner every few months or if you notice any signs of wear.
