What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange an item within seven days of receiving your order. Please contact us by phone or email with your order number and the item SKU before sending the items back.

What is your returns policy?

You may return an item for a refund or exchange it for another item of equal value within seven days of receipt.

- You are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse, so ensure they are properly packed to prevent damage.
- We are not liable for items returned by mistake.
- While we strive to accept all returns, items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.

We will email you upon receiving your return in its original condition to either process your replacement or issue your refund, usually within one working day.
