How to Use “It’s a Boy” Latex Balloons

Materials Needed

  • 12 Blue “It’s a Boy” Latex Balloons
  • Helium Tank or Balloon Pump
  • String or Ribbon (optional for tying)
  • Scissors

Steps to Inflate Balloons

  1. Unpack all the 12 latex balloons from the package.
  2. Choose whether you want to fill the balloons with helium or air.

Inflating with Helium

  1. Attach the balloon nozzle to the helium tank’s valve.
  2. Insert the nozzle into the opening of the balloon.
  3. Gently press down on the helium tank valve to start inflating the balloon.
  4. Once the balloon reaches a diameter of approximately 25cm, stop inflating.
  5. Tie a knot at the end of the balloon to secure the helium inside.
  6. If desired, attach a string or ribbon to the balloon for easier handling.

Inflating with Air

  1. Use a balloon pump to inflate the balloon, inserting the pump nozzle into the balloon’s opening.
  2. Pump air into the balloon until it reaches the desired size, up to 25cm in diameter.
  3. Tie a knot at the end to prevent the air from escaping.
  4. Attach a string or ribbon if desired.

Decorating Tips

  • Distribute the balloons around the venue for a festive atmosphere.
  • Combine with other decorations such as banners and streamers for a cohesive look.
  • Use balloon weights to keep helium balloons in place.

Safety Precautions

  • Keep balloons away from sharp objects to prevent popping.
  • Do not overinflate the balloons as they may burst.
  • Supervise children when playing with balloons to avoid any choking hazards.
