Description
- Kit contains a harissa paste with red pepper puree, smoked paprika, and spices

- Preheat oven to 200C/Fan 180C/Gas 7
- Cut ciabatta into large chunks, drizzle with 3 tbsp olive oil, and sprinkle with seasoning before baking
- Dice red peppers and cherry tomatoes, fry in oil for 6-8 mins
- Add paste and water to the frying pan, bring to a boil, then simmer until sauce thickens
- Make 4 wells in the mixture, crack an egg into each, cover and cook for 5 mins
- Serve with croutons and drizzle with yogurt
