How to Use RHINO Double Sided Foam Tape

Materials Needed

• RHINO Double Sided Foam Tape 19mm x 2mm
• Scissors or a sharp cutting tool
• Clean cloth or surface cleaner

Preparation

1. Ensure the surfaces you plan to bond are clean and dry.
2. Use a clean cloth or surface cleaner to remove any dust, grease, or debris.

Application

1. Unroll the tape and cut the desired length using scissors or a sharp cutting tool.
2. Peel off one side of the protective liner from the tape.
3. Carefully press the exposed sticky side of the tape onto the first surface.
4. Ensure the tape is firmly attached by applying even pressure over its entire length.
5. Peel off the remaining protective liner from the second side of the tape.
6. Align the second surface with the taped area and press firmly to bond both surfaces together.

Finishing

• Double-check that the surfaces are securely bonded.
• Apply additional pressure if necessary to strengthen the bond.

Tips

• For best results, apply the tape at room temperature.
• Avoid repositioning the tape once applied to ensure a strong bond.
