How to Use the RAPESCO 2 Hole Metal Punch

Unboxing the Product

• Carefully remove the hole punch from its packaging.
• Ensure you have all parts included: the hole punch and any accompanying manual or warranty card.

Setting Up the Hole Punch

• Place the hole punch on a flat, stable surface.
• Familiarize yourself with the punch mechanism and the paper guide for alignment.

Adjusting the Paper Guide

• Locate the adjustable paper guide on the side of the punch.
• Slide the paper guide to the desired position based on the paper size (A4, A5, etc.).
• Ensure the paper guide locks into position to prevent movement during punching.

Punching Holes

• Gather up to 25 sheets of paper to punch at one time.
• Align the stack of paper with the paper guide, ensuring it is flush against the guide.
• Firmly press down on the hole punch lever until it completes the punch.
• Release the lever and remove the punched paper.

Emptying the Confetti Tray

• Locate the confetti tray at the bottom of the hole punch.
• Slide out the tray carefully to avoid spilling confetti.
• Dispose of the paper confetti in a recycling bin.
• Reinsert the tray back into the hole punch.

Safety Tips

• Keep fingers away from the punching mechanism to avoid injury.
• Do not exceed the 25-sheet capacity to prevent damage to the punch.
