How to Use the RAPESCO Marlin Full Strip Stapler

Unpacking the Stapler

• Carefully remove the stapler from its packaging.
• Check for any included accessories or instructions.

Loading Staples

1. Hold the base of the stapler firmly with one hand.
2. Lift the top part of the stapler to open it.
3. Insert a strip of staples into the staple channel. Make sure the staples are facing the correct way.
4. Close the top part of the stapler until it clicks into place.

Stapling Paper

1. Align up to 25 sheets of paper that you wish to staple together.
2. Insert the aligned papers into the opening at the front of the stapler.
3. Position the papers so that the staple will be placed at the desired corner or edge.
4. Press down firmly on the top of the stapler until you hear the staple punch through the papers.
5. Release the stapler and remove your stapled documents.

Refilling and Maintenance

• Refill the stapler with new staples when it runs out, following the steps in the “Loading Staples” section.
• Regularly check for any jammed staples and clear them with a staple remover or a similar tool.
• Keep the stapler clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth.

Troubleshooting

• If the stapler is not stapling properly, check to ensure it is loaded with the correct type and size of staples.
• If the stapler jams, carefully remove any stuck staples and reload.
