How to Use the RAPESCO ECO Full Strip Stapler

Step 1: Prepare the Stapler

• Remove the stapler from its packaging.
• Ensure that you are working on a flat, stable surface.

Step 2: Load the Staples

• Hold the stapler base with one hand.
• With your other hand, pull back the stapler top until it clicks open.
• Insert a strip of standard staples into the tray. Make sure they are aligned properly.
• Push the top of the stapler back down until it clicks shut.

Step 3: Stapling Papers

• Align up to 20 sheets of paper that you want to staple.
• Insert the stack of papers into the stapler’s opening.
• Position the area you want to staple directly under the stapler head.
• Firmly press down on the stapler top until you hear the staple punch through the paper and secure it.

Step 4: Check Your Work

• Remove the stapled set of papers and inspect the staple to ensure it is completely folded and secure.
• If the staple did not go through all pages or is not secure, adjust the alignment and try stapling again.

Step 5: Refilling Staples

• When staples are depleted, repeat Step 2 to refill the stapler.

Additional Tips

• Store the stapler in a dry place to prevent rust or damage.
• Use only compatible staples to ensure proper functionality.
