How to Use Pillar Candles for Beginners

1. Unpacking the Candles

• Carefully open the packaging of the candle pack.
• Remove the candles, ensuring not to damage the wick.
• Inspect the candles for any damage before use.

2. Choosing a Suitable Location

• Select a flat, stable surface away from flammable materials.
• Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
• Place the candle in a holder or on a heat-resistant tray to catch any wax drips.

3. Lighting the Candle

• Trim the wick to approximately 1/4 inch (6mm) before lighting.
• Use a lighter or match to ignite the wick.
• Allow the candle to burn until the top layer of wax melts completely to prevent tunneling.
