How to Use the A4 Clipboard

Step 1: Prepare Your Materials

• Gather the documents or paper you need to secure on the clipboard.
• Ensure the papers do not exceed the A4 size to fit correctly.

Step 2: Open the Clip

• Locate the metal or plastic clip at the top of the clipboard.
• Press down on the lever or pull back on the clip to open it.

Step 3: Insert Your Papers

• Align the papers with the clipboard, ensuring they are centered.
• Slide the papers under the open clip.

Step 4: Secure the Papers

• Release the clip to secure the papers in place.
• Ensure that the papers are held firmly and do not slip out.

Step 5: Use the Clipboard

• Hold the clipboard with one hand, using the back support for stability.
• Write or review documents as needed, using the clipboard as a firm surface.

Step 6: Remove the Papers

• Open the clip as described in Step 2.
• Carefully remove your documents from the clipboard.
