How to Use Plastic Toothbrushes Set of 5

Step 1: Unpack the Product

• Carefully open the packaging to reveal the toothbrushes.
• Ensure you have all 5 toothbrushes in the set.

Step 2: Choose a Toothbrush

• Select one toothbrush for your immediate use.
• Keep the others in a clean and dry place for future use.

Step 3: Prepare for Brushing

• Rinse the toothbrush under tap water before using it for the first time.
• Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to the bristles.

Step 4: Brush Your Teeth

• Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
• Gently move the brush back and forth in short (tooth-wide) strokes.
• Brush all the surfaces: outer, inner, and chewing surfaces of the teeth.
• Don’t forget to gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.

Step 5: Rinse and Store

• Rinse your mouth with water to remove any remaining toothpaste.
• Thoroughly rinse the toothbrush to remove toothpaste and debris.
• Store the toothbrush upright in a holder to air dry.
• Ensure the toothbrush does not touch others to avoid cross-contamination.

Step 6: Replace Regularly

• Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months or sooner if the bristles are frayed.
• Use the remaining toothbrushes from the set as replacements when needed.
