How to Use Heavy Duty Black Pallet Parcel Stretch Shrink Wrap

Materials Needed

• Heavy Duty Black Pallet Parcel Stretch Shrink Wrap (40cm x 250m)
• Pallet or items to be wrapped
• Safety scissors or a utility knife
• Gloves (optional for protection)

Preparation

1. Ensure you have a clean and open workspace.
2. Position your pallet or items in the center of the workspace.
3. Wear gloves if desired to protect your hands during wrapping.

Wrapping Process

1. Start by securing the beginning edge of the shrink wrap to one corner of the pallet or item.
2. Hold the roll of shrink wrap in your hands, keeping it tight and close to the item.
3. Begin wrapping at the base of the pallet or item, ensuring that each layer overlaps slightly with the previous one.
4. Continue wrapping around the pallet, moving upward in a spiral motion, covering the entire height of the pallet or items.
5. For added stability, especially with taller items, make multiple passes over the middle and top sections.

Securing the Wrap

1. When you reach the top or end point, cut the shrink wrap using safety scissors or a utility knife.
2. Press the end of the wrap firmly against the surface to secure it in place.
3. Ensure all layers are tight and there are no loose edges.

Post-Wrapping Tips

• Double-check the stability of the wrapped items to ensure safe transport.
• Store unused shrink wrap in a cool, dry place to maintain its integrity for future use.
