How to Use PRIMA MEAT TENDERIZER MALLET
Step 1: Prepare Your Workspace
- Ensure your workspace is clean and sanitized.
- Place a cutting board on a stable, flat surface.
Step 2: Prepare the Meat
- Select the piece of meat you wish to tenderize.
- Place the meat on the cutting board.
- Optionally, cover the meat with a piece of plastic wrap to prevent splatter.

- Hold the tenderizer mallet firmly by the handle.
- Use the flat side of the mallet for a general tenderizing effect.
- Use the textured side to break down tougher fibers and connective tissues.
- Gently pound the meat starting from the center and working your way outwards.
