How to Use the PRIMA Stainless Steel Flour Sifter Shaker 20cm

Step 1: Preparation

• Ensure the sifter is clean and dry before use.
• Gather the ingredients you need to sift, such as flour, powdered sugar, or cocoa powder.
• Place a bowl or baking sheet underneath the sifter to catch the sifted ingredients.

Step 2: Filling the Sifter

• Remove the sifter’s lid, if applicable.
• Carefully pour the desired amount of ingredient into the sifter, filling it no more than halfway to prevent overflow.
• Replace the lid, if applicable.

Step 3: Sifting the Ingredients

• Hold the handle of the sifter with one hand.
• Position the sifter over the bowl or baking sheet.
• Gently shake the sifter back and forth to start the sifting process.
• Continue shaking until all the ingredients have passed through the mesh.

Step 4: Finishing Up

• Inspect the sifter for any remaining clumps and press them through the mesh if necessary.
• Clean the sifter by hand washing it with warm, soapy water or placing it in the dishwasher if it’s dishwasher safe.
• Dry the sifter thoroughly before storing it away.
