What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item?

What is your returns policy?
You may return an item for a refund or exchange it for another item of equal value within seven days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued at the purchase price.
- All returned goods will be inspected.
- You are responsible for the items until they reach our warehouse, so ensure they are properly packed to prevent damage.
- We are not liable for items returned by mistake.
- While we strive to accept all returns, items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to you.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
- We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
We will email you upon receiving your return in its original condition to either process your replacement or issue your refund, usually within one working day.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, typically taking up to five working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Customers must inspect goods immediately upon receipt and notify us via email or phone within seven working days of any defective, damaged, or incorrect items. After this period, we are not liable for:
- Shortages
- Replacement of damaged or defective goods
- Release of funds for reported goods
- Refunds or credits for damages or shortages
Customers must return damaged or defective goods for a refund or exchange. We can only reimburse return postage if you notify us beforehand and we instruct the return. Alternatively, we may request images of the damaged items if return shipping is not feasible.
We are not responsible for items damaged due to misuse or those returned without their original resale packaging.
Returns are only accepted for the reasons stated above. Returns for other reasons will be treated as order cancellations and incur a 20% restocking fee.
