Materials Needed

  • UNIQUE PARTY HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY LATEX BALLOONS (9 10/PK – MULTICOLOUR)
  • Helium tank or air pump
  • Ribbon or string
  • Scissors
  • Balloon weights (optional)

Steps to Inflate Balloons

  1. Remove the balloons from the packaging.
  2. Choose between using a helium tank or an air pump for inflation.

Using a Helium Tank

  1. Attach the balloon neck to the nozzle of the helium tank.
  2. Gently press down on the nozzle to release helium into the balloon.
  3. Fill the balloon until it is firm but not overly stretched.
  4. Carefully remove the balloon from the nozzle and tie a knot at the neck.

Using an Air Pump

  1. Place the balloon neck over the pump nozzle.
  2. Inflate the balloon by pumping air until it is firm.
  3. Remove the balloon from the pump and tie a knot at the neck.

Attaching Ribbon or String

  1. Cut a desired length of ribbon or string.
  2. Tie the ribbon or string securely around the knot of the balloon.
  3. If using helium, attach a balloon weight to the other end of the ribbon to keep the balloon from floating away.

Decorating and Displaying

  • Arrange the balloons in a bouquet or as individual decorations around the party area.
  • Mix and match with other decorations to enhance the birthday theme.
