Step 1: Preparing the Flask

• Ensure the flask is clean and dry before use.
• If using for the first time, wash with warm soapy water and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Pre-heating or Pre-cooling the Flask

• For hot beverages, fill the flask with hot water, close the lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, empty the water.
• For cold beverages, fill the flask with cold water, close the lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Then, empty the water.

Step 3: Filling the Flask

• Pour your desired beverage into the flask, leaving some space at the top to fit the lid securely.
• Do not overfill to avoid spills and leaks.

Step 4: Securing the Lid

• Screw the lid on tightly to ensure a secure seal.
• Check for any leaks by gently tilting the flask.

Step 5: Using the Flask

• Pour the beverage into a cup by unscrewing the lid slightly to allow for easy pouring.
• Alternatively, drink directly from the flask, if it has a suitable design.

Step 6: Cleaning and Maintenance

• After use, clean the flask with warm soapy water and a bottle brush if necessary.
• Rinse thoroughly and leave to air dry with the lid off.
• Store with the lid off to prevent odors.
