Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Clean Your Hands

Step 2: Prepare the Ear Plugs

  • Remove a pair of ear plugs from the packaging.

  • Reach over your head with the opposite hand and gently pull up and back on your outer ear to open the ear canal.

  • Hold the ear plug in place for a few seconds to allow it to expand and fill the ear canal comfortably.

Step 4: Check the Fit

  • Ensure that the ear plugs are securely in place and feel comfortable.
  • If the ear plugs do not fit properly, remove them and reinsert following the steps above.

Step 5: Remove the Ear Plugs

  • Gently twist and pull the ear plugs out of the ear canal.
