Materials Needed

• Kilner Clip Top Round Preserve Jar 350ml

Preparation

1. Wash the Kilner jar thoroughly with warm soapy water to ensure it is clean.
2. Rinse the jar well and allow it to air dry completely.
3. Sterilize the jar by placing it in boiling water for 10 minutes, then let it dry naturally.

Filling the Jar

1. Prepare the ingredients you wish to preserve, such as chopping fruits or vegetables.
2. If using, prepare a sugar syrup or vinegar solution to aid in preservation.
